🏃♂️ Yesterday I ran the 7 km Seven Hills Nightrun. I was so happy with the result that I looked for more runs in the upcoming months. This is the current plan:
- Feb-2: Mini-Midwintermarathon (10 EM trialrun) in Apeldoorn
- Mar-16: Stevensloop half marathon in Nijmegen
Monday training will start!
🏃♂️ Completed the 7 km Seven Hills Night Run in Nijmegen in 38.21 minutes. A Total of 8933 runners of which 450 in the category ‘Men 60-65 years’. I ended as 47th in that category. I’m satisfied.
We had tailwind from Stockholm to Amsterdam and arrived almost 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Downside was that the groundcrew was not available yet, so we couldn’t leave the airplane. And once they arrived we still had to wait as the bus didn’t arrive. So at the end I was at the parking lot to pick up my car at 10 PM, same time as originally scheduled.
